Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a blast! the hotel had a great party with an open bar and a live band. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, steps away from the beach and great restaurants. the rooms were spacious and had a beautiful ocean view. We loved the fact that breakfast was included and the food was delicious.

That the air conditioning system was a bit wonky and didn't always work properly. the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
